I'd previously been using a product by Bliss that was a micro-derm exfoliator. When the store I had been purchasing it from stopped carrying it I decided to see if I could find a cheaper replacement. This doesn't give me the exfoliation I'm looking for. I have super sensitive skin & this product goes on more like a cream & you can barely feel the scrub or polish effect. Again, I have super sensitive skin & I can barely feel any scrubbing effect. Also it doesn't remove dead skin. I had a dry patch from a sun burn on my forehead & this didn't even start to remove any of it, once I got this product off my face I rubbed over the spot with a dry washcloth & it removed way more skin than this product. Since I couldn't find this in my local stores I purchased it online, and got 2 of them because the reviews seemed so good, I'm absolutely returning the full product to my local store & contacting Elf about the used one.
