good product for people looking quickness

Great price for product....truly is building strength in my players legs.

Opened the box and got a surprise. Per the description of the product on the Walmart site included with the product was suppose to be an Instructional DVD. Not in our box. No paper instructions either. You would think they would give you at least some paper instructions let alone the advertised DVD that was suppose to be in the box. We ordered the Lateral Resistor online so it was not like someone relieved us of the DVD prior to purchase. If you have never used one how would you know what to do.
My whole problem with this product is that it did not come with the training guide or DVD which was stated in the description.
