My husband and I LOVE this bread! I found it because I was diagnosed with diabetes and told that sprouted grain is better for blood sugar. When I found this bread, I was happy but still doubtful that it would actually taste good. Big, WONDERFUL surprise - it is DELICIOUS! Full of healthful, yummy seeds and grains. HOWEVER, the other day when I went to purchase my usual weekly loaf, the attendant told me it was being discontinued, at least at that store. I am beyond disappointed. I've told everyone about it. PLEEEEEEASE bring it back!!
We go to Wal-Mart just for the bread! Big problem! You never know i it will be there.
I love this bread. It is the best store-bought bread I've ever had. But there are several problems. (1) You can't count on it being available, and only one of the WalMarts in my area ever carry it. (2) the seeds should be baked into the bread instead of put on top. They all fall off and create a very messy situation. (3) MOST IMPORTANT--almost every loaf I've bought was under baked. Some loaves still have raw dough almost all the way through. other loaves only have a small section in the center near the top of the loaf. This last batch i bought is the first time the loaves were cooked all the way through. At home, I slice it and stick it in the toaster oven to make the under cooked section edible, but that's not an option if I want to take some with me to work. If not for the third reason, this would be 5 stars.
