This worked SO WELL. After the wash/scrub, the cradle cap seemed worse but then the comb removed ALL the flakes while the baby slept. It was pretty gross actually how much gunk came off my baby's head. Didn't seem to bother him at all while I was combing the flakes out. He is completely cradle cap free after one use.
I bought it cause I thought paying over $20 for it meant it came with the shampoo and lotion but it doesn't, Amazon has it for $12.
