received this product for free as part of the HART Tools friends and family review program. Everything stated here is true and representative of my experience. Great addition to the Hart rotary tool. Works great for cutting small bolts, then use it as a grinder to smooth the edges so the bolt can be easily threaded to nut. Also added some new clothes rod to a closet this weekend and worked well cutting the stainless tubing to the precise size. Probably could have used something a little larger for the closet but just wanted to see how it worked.
I miss the part where you paid a minimum fee of 6.99 more if you do not pay over a certain amount
