Just regular cut off wheels to use with your arbor in a rotary tool. They're not as good as the really expensive large fiber wheels, but these are also a better value than other name brands. They come in a blister pack so save your little container from when you last refilled your wheels. Glad I didn't toss that little thing!
I received this product for free as part of the HART Tools friends and family program. Everything stated here is true and representative of my experience. Obviously, HART made this for me because it comes with 20 in the package lol. Somehow I managed to chip or break these on a constant. I love that they are a little smaller and packaged with a 4 V rotary tool there isn’t many places that you can’t get this into. The only thing that I wish is that it came either in a resealable package or a plastic tube so that they’re not loose everywhere. Other than that another solid tool from HART.
