I am elderly my daughter had to show me how to use them. I would not suggest someone who has large hands to use them. They are small. But they work great for me.
Finally something I’ll use! Like any hearing aid it takes awhile to adapt. No hearing aid allows you to hear the way you “think” you should hear. After trying a variety of professional and costly types for at least 3 decades, and not liking any of them…these do a lot more of what I need and want. I have a 20% hearing loss in each ear, and get by reading lips and faking it. I switched the cones to the smallest size and that worked very well for me, the medium cones they came with were too big and I felt they would fall out. Tug on the earlobe to make sure the device is seated properly in the ear and they stay put. So testing these out in some work situations, I am very pleased. They are easy and quick to put in, not noticeable, small rechargeable case (love), and when I focus on one person speaking I can hear so much more of the conversation clearly. I still have to get used to filtering out background sounds, and some voices are still hard for me to understand. But I am so impressed with the low cost, the ease of use, rechargeable, portable, volume control at the touch of a button, I am actually going to order my elderly mom a pair. If you really need hearing aids, and are considering these, I highly recommend trying them and give yourself time to adapt. I can honestly say I have spent thousands, on inner ear custom made hearing aids I hated, over the ear styles I hated, and once I tried these I finally found a pair that actually work for me. I love that no one thinks it's a hearing aid, when I pointed it out to my adult kids, they thought I had an Apple earbud on. I love that it's rechargeable and doesn't need to have the wire coming out and over the back of my ear. My pride kept me from thinking about getting a hearing aid but the day the FDA approved OTC hearing aids I ordered this the next day. So glad I did. It works great and no regrets from me.
i was very surprised that i can hear so much better.!! my hearing isnt so bad, but I can hear things i didnt realize i couldn't hear. i dont want to give my money to some one who extorting people who cant hear. If there are cell phones and ear phones that can do so much good, why cant there be hearing aids at the fraction of the cost of the ones that help the provider line their pockets? and have control over such important things!!! im so thankful that youre providing this product!
these were returned because they were charged to my bank account, bouncing checks!!!!! They were SUPPOSED to be paid on my VISA FSA CARD!!!!I have spoken toCustomer Serve. who assured me they fixed the issue and the purchase would be on the VISA FSA $300.00 card. IT WAS NOT AND I HAD TO RETURN THESE AND GET REFUND !!!! I have spoken to ADMINISTRATOR of VISA CARD, who assured me card is valid and $300 is readily available, the mistake is with WALMART!!!!
My husband has been having issues w hearing so we thought we would “save” some money and try these. These are def hearing amplifiers not hearing aides. These make ur own voice and everything louder. even on the lowest setting the car blinker was too loud and not usable. The worst part was the try them and return them isn't as easy as it says/is. It took us a total of 35 mins and 3 people to get them approved to be returned. I wouldn't recommend this product
Doesn't stay charged. Broke after two weeks. Don't bother with the warrenty - they have to approve if they will fix them or not and you have to pay prior to being fixed. Buyer beware!
Ear covers don't stay on. Can't replace ear cones with other sizes as they won't stay on. AIDS chirp constantly and irradiates others. Volume very difficult to set and maintain
I am so disapointed in these hearing aids, they have a "one size only" for your ear. The jaw pressure forces the hearing aid out of your ear so you can never use them unles you never talk. I've tried everything and nothing works, it's so frustrating. They are trash!!!
The left side (blue) did not work from the start. I would not hold a charge. It was more problem for me to send it back than to order another brand. Not happy. Your quality control sucks.
