Have been waiting a long time for a curl/wave styling product from Loreal, so when I saw it I grabbed it right away. I am more than pleased with it! I have wavy/frizzy thick hair, and have tried everything from basic gel, to the expensive curl tamers with not much luck. This one is NOT at all drying, not sticky/crunchy like gel, and has a pretty good hold. I love the smell, but it might be a bit strong for those who don't like scents. I mixed this with a drop of oil (any hair kind), and it left my hair soft and shiny, with the waves defined better than anything I've tried. It seems to work well for frizz fighting, but I'm not into the humid months yet, so I cannot say for sure.
WHERE DID IT GO! this product is wonderful with people with curly hair. I love it but now it's always out of stock and I've been to various websites and it seems like nobody carries it now. I believe it's been discontinued please bring it back. A curly hair consumer.. I've been using it for years.
I have very curly hair and have tried many different products from stores as well as salons. I absolutely love this product. I get compliments on my hair everyday and they usually ask what products I use and I always write it down for them. I have searched for so long for a product like this. It does just what I need it to do and the original scent was amazing. I have tried the mousse in this line and it doesn't work at all. Please don't stop making this product!
I have curly hair that can turn to fluffy frizz without a good leave-in product. I have tried many kinds, from cheap to expensive. This one didn't make my hair feel tacky or oily or crunchy. It also didn't weigh my curls down (most "anti-frizz" products turn my curls into just waves by the weight on them). My suggestion in using this cream (or any leave-in product) is to disperse through wet hair, give your curls a few good scrunches, then don't touch again until dry. Once your hair is dry, give a couple more scrunches to remove any look of product being in your hair. (Maybe give your roots a good fluff). Then your curls will look naturally refined.
I recommend this product to everyone, women or men.if you are looking to keep ur hairstyle with a wet look this is a product for you.it is very disapointing to find out it is no longer sold in sstore and now only online.
I have used this product since it came out and truly depended on it. Having curly hair I try to go for the natural look. This cream did the trick for sure! It kept my hair soft, beautiful and not frizzy. Living in Florida, this product helped tremendously with my hair in the high humidity. Since I haven't been able to find this product, I have been so frustrated. Please bring this product back to the local stores........thank you. PS The fragrance was so much better a few years ago.
I love this product! L'Oreal discontinued their Kiwi Blow Serum and I was devastated! Then I found this in my local Wal-Mart and it has been a blessing ever since! Say goodbye to that '70s frizz, and hello to touchable control in your curl structure!
I have really short hair & this stuff keeps it from frizzing & I can style it & it stays. I can use a wet wash cloth on it the morning after brush & go. I highly recommend using this product you won't be sorry.
I like it, I just wish I could use it by itself. It works well with tresemme curl mousse. But not as the only styler.
This used to be my favorite curly hair product - before they added the gel. I loved how soft it was and how it gave nice life to my natural curls. Since this product has been changed and GEL has been added, it does not work like it used to. It is sticky and makes my hair more crunchy. Please bring back the old product - THE CURL TAMING CREAM sans gel.
