It is step 3 in a 4 production collection to help keep flat ironed hair straight, for longer. I received these products for free to try out and loved the results. I am able to go 2 full days without straightening my hair again!
I love love love this product. I have tried so many shampoos, conditioners and serum, by far the best. My hair smell great, looks great and feels good. I have recommended this product to my friends and family. I have always struggled with finding the right shampoo, conditioner and serum to control my hair.

The L'Oréal smooth intense keratourmaline is the only inexpensive shampoo and conditioner I've found that actually does what it says it does what it says it does! I have thick naturally curly wavy Caucasian hair, and this is my go to to keep my hair tamed down! It's silky but not greasy, hair still feels good a couple days after washing.
I just bought this last night with the matching Shampoo and I am in love with it already! I have naturally Straight hair, and L'oreal Smooth Intense Straightening conditioner is perfect for my hair! Used with the Smooth Intense Shampoo, My hair was soft, Shinny and healthy looking all day long! I love it! Thanks again L'oreal!
I've only used it twice but I noticed the difference immediately

I have decently long hair that tends to get oily quicker so I wash my hair daily. Used this every morning along with the smooth intense shampoo along with the smooth intense pre-conditioner once a week. I wouldn't say that it made my hair noticeably straighter over the course of using these products, but, in the shower, I definitely could tell that the conditioner was super strong. Left my hair with virtually no tangles after washing.

If you are African American or have naturally curly hair don't expect anything more than added softness and less frizziness. This was clearly made with one type of person in mind.
