contrary to having read previous very negative reviews on Walmart store brand pecan pie, i found this to be very good and perfectly baked. My only concern is it's TOO SWEET for my dietary needs.
Didn't like that it expires 2 days after purchase via curbside pickup
Not sweet enough. Pie is slightly running. Crust is too crumbly. Pecans do not cover top of pie. Walmart is cheaping out on its products.
As you can see its slightly burnt and so was the bottom.
Crust dry, no taste. Few pecans, filling like glue and bad taste. Expired 1 day after purchase.
I'm unsure if this is an effort to keep the price lower or unchanged from current economic issues happening, but there were very little pecans in this pie. Pecan pie is my favorite kind of pie and this is mostly filling. Pecans float to the top in the baking process and become caramalized from being stirred with the filing. I've purchased these before, so I know this is not the normal receipe. Raise the price if you have to, this is not a pecan pie, in my opinion.

This is the third day in a row of either missing items from deliveries, shipments, or more deliveries. Do NOT ask to be credited or they will give you promo codes to be used ONLY if you spend more than the amount of the actual credit AND for items that are eligible. Consumer traps!! The Walmart shoppers are inept, the delivery drivers are inept, the customer service representatives for Walmart Spark (the app) are inept, Walmart CS is of no help because they have no idea what the other hand is doing and nobody at the actual store other than the pharmacy picks up the phone. Do yourself a favor and go to Target!!!
