The laminator was everything I expected i was very pleased
It came I followed directions out the pouch in and it did not come out the other end. Left it to cool down and pressed the ABS knob and nothing. After a couple of days I tried another pouch and it got stuck. Because I opted for the no return am stuck with a machine that was D.O.A.
