I always have terrible cramps during my period. Sometimes the cramps get so bad that I can feel them all the way into my thighs. I took Midol as soon as the cramps started, and it helped a lot. I could barely feel the cramps. I continued to take the Midol for a couple days, and the cramps never got as bad as they usually do. I will definitely use it again.

Cramps and tiredness when I am on my period usually I just stay in bed for a good two days when I start my cycle when I received the gelcaps in my Influenster box I was so excited to try them. They have helped me so much and stay productive when usually I want to sleep, which is hard being a stay at home mom of two and a puppy!

I have to take the heavier stuff like prescribed naproxen. I appreciate the box I just wish it worked for me !!
