Unflavored plastic cigarette makes a good substitute for a normal cigarette. Big appeal for former smokers in need of a crutch to put in their mouth during the day.
Harmless Cigarette and Chantix combined has helped me with quitting smoking. Every once in a while I would take a puff. So far after my last cigarette was 16 days ago and haven't gone back to smoking again.
I have been vaping for a few years now. I recently got tired of it and wanted to be healthier due to the coronavirus. although these were a little bit pricey I decided to purchase them along with some nicotine gum. The first few days I use them with a Vape to gradually wean myself off. although the gum definitely took off the edge of the actual cravings for nicotine I noticed that I also had a craving for the hand-to-mouth motion of vaping. These were a complete lifesaver! They really do feel similar to the draw of a Vape and the flavor is very pleasant. I read a few reviews that said that a straw was the same thing as the device, so I decided to try it out. I cut a plastic straw to the same length of one of these and the difference is night and day. The main difference is that the ‘harmless cigarette' has a pull which is very similar to the pool when you hit a Vape. The straw obviously had none. The other was the flavor, which was subtle but very nice. Overall this is a great tool to help you quit vaping for real.
Small draw but does the trick keeping your hands busy when you want to quit smoking. If the draw was better I would give five stars.
I like the idea of these "cigarettes" because all you are breathing in is oxygen and flavor and I think it will help with some strong urges. However, the flavor should be much stronger and the price is is just outrageous. They are really taking advantage here with offering 3 harmless "cigarettes" for $35. I bought them because I was desperate for a healthy and safe alternative to smoking but I will be looking for something else similiar at a lower pricetag.
It is just like sucking through a straw. I ordered the oxygen and has no flavor which is ok but it actually makes me want a real cigarette because I get no satisfaction from the act of “smoking “ it doesn't feel real in any way, so for me it doesn't even work for the hand to mouth addiction. $35 down the drain.

It's literally a toy cigarette, that makes a spark noise like a burning cigarette would. It has no sensation of smoking to help the craving. Don't waste your money!
Not a good way to quit smoking. They look like a childs play fake cigarette.
Total wast of money. You would be better off carrying a straw around. I cant believe they get away with this. I even called the company thinking i was missing something or had defective item and the lady that answered was very rude hung up on me . Doesnt even deserve 1 star but had to so i csn write review
