good buy: with fish oils its important to choose types! the small ocean "feederfish" are the best for your health, but some specialty ones are way over priced...this product has the right fish at the right price
I haven't been taking this long enough to know if it is helping in the way hope. However, I have noticed that there is no fishy flavor when I swallow the capsules, or afterwards.

I am so glad these Spring Valley Omega - 3 Fish Oil Softgels, 500mg, 120 ct are so easy to take! I definitely need all these softgels have to offer, there is a great mg of 500. I have such a hard time taking pills! These are great, the price is great and I will definitely recommend these to anyone and everyone who needs a Omega - 3 Fish Oil!
I can honestly say I've never been let down by Spring Valley supplements!! I started using this brand probably at least 8 years I've been taking there vitamins and supplements and they do help! Talk to your doctor before taking anything to be sure what you need to take. avoid deep fried foods!
I like the availability and affordability of this supplement. I'd like it better if the capsules were smaller and easier to swallow. That being said, I've used this supplement for several years.
This is a good brand, not a fishy after-taste. The doctor recommended taking it with another medication. I haven't noticed any results, except to say that I am 83 and still have good health. These are recommended for heart disease, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, and high cholesterol.
Good big bottle. Have been taking these for a while. Good for heart health and cardiovascular heart. The price is good and the pills are easy to swallow.
