Ive used this product in the past it worked well. I'm older now and my body has changed. With chronic low back and shoulder pain, I purchased Thermals Care products as Ive done in the past. This time I read the information on the back of package carefully. If you are over 65 years old or have certain diagnoses from your doctor, Do Not Use this product. It will burn your skin. Otherwise, for those who can use, it is a excellent product.
I have neck problems, especially when trying to sleep. These help relax the neck and shoulder muscles so I can sleep. They last a really long time. Make sure you have at least 8 hours (more is better) between patches, as you an develop a heat rash.
I have been a pain sufferer for decades. I have a bad disk on my cervical spine. I sleep with one of these over night and I have relief. No one is paying me to say this.
I used these when my neck was bothering me and I had to sit in cool weather at a soccer game. I was amazed how much it helped and especially how long the heat lasted!
I am recovering from spinal surgery. This is great to get the muscles moving and keep them moving all day. When you have a shirt on top, it keeps the heat in until bedtime.
These heat wraps truly do help alleviate some of my chronic neck and shoulder muscle pain. They feel warm, they're soothing and do last many hours. ThermCare says you shouldn't use these every day. I don't, but I do use them frequently, and when I do I put one on at night and leave it on until the following evening. I've tried various drugstore brands but they are definitely not the same. I've not found one of those brands that works as well as ThermaCare.
This was my first time using this specific product I was familiar with the brand having used their other products and was not disappointed with this one I like the way the product stayed attached to my skin it felt warm and relieved my pain better than I expected I will definitely purchase again
I actually use this on my stomach as a heating element during my period. Please don't judge. Lol. They work great provide comfort. I can wear them while I am at work. No need to take a hot water bottle or heating pad
I have used these before and they have worked fairly well. With this new design they are much better. Not perfect, but on the way. (They do not seem to get quite as hot as before.)
It only has 2 small tabs with adhesive to attach to your body and they were not very sticky; only lasted 3 seconds. It did get hot, lasted for 8 hours while wearing no lingering benefit of up to 8 hours as claimed though. If you wonder how I got it to stay on I used transparent tape run across the "adhesive tabs" and onto my skin as it was all I had to use. Also this product has a lot of warnings about using it and nowhere on the package did I find a list of ingredients.
