this bach flowers rescue remedy is honestly one of the best non pharmaceutical, homeopathy for stress relief i have ever used, it helps you feel calmer, more relaxed and protects your mind from overbearing stress, helping you think during moments of panic attacks or high stress situations. the package's size is perfect, making it easy to carry with you (i always keep one in my bag, it's a must) but also having enough to last a long time.

Good quality ingredients! This homeopathy based supplement can benefit people of all ages. Package is convenient and safe. Composition is clear. Taste reminds of a brandy, but it is not a concern, as it quickly fades away.
I've used Bach Rescue Remedy for decades. This is the same quality formula that I've come to expect from the company. I prefer the spray version, but it should be noted that this product is the dropper bottle. It's a little trickier to dispense but not at all bad. I do notice a more positive mood when I use it consistently. I also like the single-ingredient flower remedies from Bach, but Rescue Remedy is nice because it lets you reap the benefits of several at once.
My first time using Rescue Remedy. I usually use the individual remedies and combine them if needed. I haven't found this to be particularly effective, but that doesn't mean it won't work for you. It is made by Nelson's, the only authorized distributor of Bach products.
