I am partial to Willow the Flower Remedy for forgiving and forgetting. Over the years, I've had to deal with extremely manipulative/abusive people that were supposed to always be there for me. I feel lighter and more hopeful when I use this regularly.

A trusted friend, who is sensitive to pharmaceuticals like me, recommended this product. She is older than me, and so she is experienced with natural remedies. And I have heard of willow bark but not willow as an ingredient. The product arrived in a timely manner, and it was well packaged. She recommended it for those anxious moments we experience due to the unexpected. Since purchasing, I have had two "moments." For instance, I could not find an important document that I needed ASAP. However, I sat back, took five drops under the tongue, which had a pleasant taste, and it seemed to work quickly. I calmly found the document. I rate this brand above any CBD product. Perhaps this product is for people that all the other natural remedies do not work. She and I share a similar genetic makeup.
I've been using the whole set of Bach Flower Remedies for 30 years now. Just had to replace this one. Willow is supposed to forgive and forget. There is a lot of in depth information on all 38 Remedies available on the Internet. I prefer the Original Bach Flower Remedies.

I took this because my naturopath recommend it to me I'm giving it 3 stars because it's wayyyy tooo strong for me in the sense that every time I take it my body aches so bad and I can't stop crying! I discovered that this means the remedy is working and is helping reveal and uncover other emotions I need to work on, lying layers on an onion! Will keep purchasing it but I have to decrease the quantity I consume.
