I've been using the whole set of Bach Flower Remedies for 30 years now. Just had to replace this one. Holly is intended for contentment and balance. There is a lot of in depth information on all 38 Remedies available on the Internet. I prefer the Original Bach Flower Remedies.
I bought this product for my sis in law.. she's vegan follows specific diet.. apparently those supplements help he sustain her health and immunity! Quality product with good ingredients! she usually adds such drops to the main 5-flower essence for more benefits!

I was very unsure about this.....but holy cow....I am a firm believer now.
