This flower essence is very good at calming unwelcome thoughts.
Flower essences are subtle homeopathic remedies that can help ease our emotional and energetic systems into balance. Unfortunately, it seems another reviewer misunderstood this product to be a flavoring agent. This is not meant for flavoring or for scent! It is an alcohol extract meant to be taken just a couple drops at a time to address emotional/energetic concerns. In the case of Honeysuckle--to help bring nostalgia or homesickness into balance.
Using Bach Flower remedies since a long time, they are very effective when used correctly. Pretty easy to use and mix! Love the affordable price of these from Swanson.

I was so excited to get this, because honeysuckle is one of my absolute favorite smells and taste, but this was nothing like honeysuckle. Using it straight by putting some drops in your mouth is like eating some sort of extract/ flavoring. It taste so much like alcohol that it hides anything relaxing and pleasant. I tried putting it in water, but you have to put SO MUCH of it in to even taste anything that is is not worth the cost. I will be sending this back.
