This is good for hair, skin and nails. It hasn't done anything for my skin, honestly. But my nails are in great shape and grow faster. It helps my hair, which tends to fill up the brush faster. My hair seems softer, too.
These are pretty amazing....I take in conjunction with my Alive multi-vitamins. My nails are stronger than ever! I would absolutely recommend these for anyone looking to grow their nails and hair.
I love Nature Made products. I also really like this biotin vitamin because it helps with my hair and nails. This vitamin does not have any fillers either. It is important to have no less than 5000 mcg in a biotin vitamin to be effective ( as long as you are not allergic to biotin of course). The gel caps are easier to absorb than regular vitamins as well. I highly recommend it!

I like that they are maximum strength and I can tell a difference in my hair. I've been taking them for quite some time now and will continue to purchase them.
In my research I found that Nature Made vitamins is one of the best brands. I use the Biotin mostly for my nails, and pray that it will help my thinning hair. So far, no help in the hair area, but Biotin does a great job on keeping my nails from splitting. The doctor said I could go up to 10,000, but I find 5000 is enough for me. I highly recommend this brand and Biotin.
Works great for nails. My nails would never grow before until I started taking this. When I went without it for a few months, they would break again.
The Nature Made biotin is virtually taste free. The size of the pill makes it easy to swallow. I have only been using it for about two months but will continue so I get maximum benefits. My hair is thinning and I'm hoping on a period of six months it will improve.
Biotin arrived with something sticky on side of bottle and a perfume smell and seal looked broken. To much trouble to return using Walmart's return policy. Will buy at store next time.
This does NOTHING! I had Walgreens brand hair, skin and nails and it was perfect ( made my nails and hair grow stronger and like crazy). The FDA dowse not mandate that they specify anything that's in their formula. I I actually feel like I found that out for myself. Price does not equal quality!
