This is a good product, complete spectrum of nutrition for bone health and absorption. Been taking it for several years. Am not a critizing, grumpy, spoiled, liberal, easterner; just a normal, older man/martial artist/former Marine, who exercises daily in my sport.
really good liquid calcium & no fillers I have takin this for about 15 yrs. one tablespoon works good for me doesn't taste bad, works better when mixed with a little juice at night.
This product is the best in calcium absorption combined with vitamin d, zinc and magnesium. The proportions are very good and the fact that it is in liquid form aids in body absorption. Great product all around.
I bought this for a while and then went to something else. I found myself coming back to this one. A very good brand and a good product. Please keep it in stock. Swanson has the best price.
I see a difference in myself after constantly taking these mega minerals
I was looking for a good product with these ingredients
I just tried this product and used it only once. Was disappointed that it did not come with a pump top as it is I find it hard to take. 32 oz is hard to pour without getting too much of it and waste some. I now get a Dr. syringe and pour it into a glass and from the glass do the syringe. I also found the pina colada very mild if there at all. Perhaps a different flavor might be more potent.
Easy to use, however tastes really bad. I used Douglas Laboratory Cal/Mag/D Liquid prior to purchasing this product. I wanted to purchase a larger container, because I use this product daily. Had I known this product tasted as bad as it does, I would have stuck with the Cal/Mag/D.
It was defective....stuff harden in bottom of bottle like cement
I gave this away. I was very disappointed as this was to replace the old one in a white bottle that had a vanilla flavor. This one has a taste that tends to burn on the way down, and then upset the stomach. I am so sorry the other one was discontinued. I had taken it for years and it worked beautifully in keeping aches and pains away. This one did not. And calcium pills do not disolve in system and didn't work. Bummer.
