Magnesium and calcium are both essential minerals that are important for optimal health. While they can compete for absorption in the body, taking them together in the right ratio can have several health benefits.
package arrived earlier than expected. calcium levels in body improved after 6mos of using this supplement. combination of ingredients has benefitted my age. cons: wish the taste were less sweet

Quality ingredient calcium benefit, easy chew good taste, combination vitamins, help age deficiency.
My son can't swallow vitamins so I have to order him chewables. He needs magnesium because he wasn't able to properly metabolize vitamin D alone. Unfortunately these don't taste too great (he hates them), but thankfully he takes them anyway.
I chose these because I don't like regular pills and try to substitute them as much as possible with gummies and chewables. Even though these pills work well they don't have a very good taste, hence why 4/5.
tastes delicious !! this is a great way to get calcium with magnesium, vitamin d3 and k2, all you need for strong bones, excellent formula, good combination, i recommend and definitely will buy again.
I hate to swallow pills/tablets, and I thought something in chewable form could be a game changer. I took calcium citrate for stronger teeth and bone, but these are just too sour my teeth can't take it. How am I going to finish such a big bottle? I'm back to taking calcium in tablets form.
If you need to take 3 princes everyday as my doctor prescribed for me then it is a challenge every day. It is sour.
These were so sour I have trouble believing there wasn't a problem with the batch, I could barely eat them. Also, even though it says 'citrate' on the front, actually it's a combination of calcium citrate and calcium carbonate, so buyer beware. Strongly don't recommend these.
