I was previously using a different prenatal with no complaints but decided to try this one as it is a whole foods item and does not require a full stomach to digest. I absolutely love the quality and the ingredients in the product and I will be using it throughout the rest of my pregnancy (in my 3rd month) and throughout breastfeeding days. My only complaint is that 3 tablets per serving can be difficult on days with a lot of nausea as the tablets are on the bigger side. I space them out on those days. Overall a great product and the inconvenience is minor.
I have been taking these for almost a year. I have not had a viable pregnancy yet, but I love the energy that I believe these vitamins give me. They have not upset my stomach or caused constipation like I've experienced with synthetic vitamins. I definitely recommend them!
I like the ingredients of this brand's prenatal vitamins. And they are easy to take.
I have tried several different prenatal vitamins over 4 different pregnancies (most of them claiming to be "all natural"). These are my favorite. They actually come straight from food. So you don't have to take them with food and they never upset my stomach like countless others did. I highly recommend this brand especially if you have trouble with other brands upsetting your stomach.
