Beware if you are reading reviews, as one reader has stated this is not synthetic Vitamin E. This "Nature" Made vitamin states right on the bottle and description that it is DL-Alpha" - and that IS SYNTHETIC Vitamin E. You can tell it is synthetic if it is "DL- Alpha....", (synthetic), as opposed to just "D-Alpha..."
