I bought the markers to go with the Crayola easel for my Granddaughter's 5th birthday. She loves using them. It is an added bonus that they are washable.
Be careful, the dark pink will stain your whiteboard. My kids used these as soon as we got them. The marker was only on our whiteboard for 10-15 minutes. When I went to erase and clean the board, it would not come completely off. I even used the special whiteboard cleaner from Expo.Our whiteboard is now permanently stained.
I've owned many pkgs of expo dry erase markers. However, this is my first washable dry erase. The colors are not deep or vibrant. It almost seems like they are dried out but they aren't. Def. not exciting to write with.
I'm a teacher and I've found using colors to differentiate important parts is very helpful (noun, factors, punctuation etc.). These are very, very faint. They have the opposite effect - the most important part cannot be seen.
I am planning to return these. They were so light and weak I can't even see them on my dry erase board! Very disappointed!!!
