I am a 2nd-grade teacher, and I have a Treasure Box in my room for students to pull out of when I pull their lucky ticket out of the fishbowl. They get tickets for getting a 100 on a spelling test, passing an AR test at 85, and of course, those who go above and beyond with their work. Every beginning of the year, I order a ton of little items for my Treasure Box so that the students can have different things to chose from. When I got on here, I came across glitter putty/slime. My students who have already picked this out of the Treasure box keep asking if they can pick another one as soon as I pick their names.
Theyre in tiny little plastic cups with lids the size of a communion cup but when you put four or five of them together they make a nice size of malleable , pliable , squishy fun type of gel. They definitely feel more like gel than putty which was the feel we were looking for. We hid them all over the yard for an Easter hunt for all the grandchildren. They had a blast looking for them and even more fun playing with them. They especially love the glitter and all the different colors. They do not stick to clothing or to the skin or to the hair. I highly recommend them . Even the adults enjoyed them.
I first thought that the slime packets were a little too small but to my surprise there was a good amount of slime on inside them! I am a kindergarten teacher and I always have a treasure box filled with small toys, so this product was perfect and my kiddos LOVE them!!
We bought these as a classroom stocking stuffer. They were a hit with the kids. Small amount but still enough to play with. They arrived in good condition (no broken or half opened containers), the slime was a good consistency, and it was clear and sparkly. There was a good assortment of colors also. I would buy them again.
I bought these to go in my Christmas goodie bags for my Elementary school kids that ride my bus. They absolutely loved them! They are small, perfect size for little gift bags. I am thinking about buying more to hand out as prizes for good bus behavior!
They are very small, which I know is a turn off for some people. I love it though, because it makes them perfect for my treasure chest at school. Its too small to make much of a mess. The first batch I bought was dried out, but the company was great and replaced them without a problem. I will definitely be buying them again when these are gone.
Bought these for party goodie bags! They were amazing! Its like a mix between putty and slime and doesnt stick or get everywhere!!! Also glitter stays with the slime! Im very tidy and will allow my 5 year old to play with this without monitoring!!! Crazy I know! Its small and perfect for a goodie bag. Colors are great!
The mini jars of putty with glitter were the biggest hit at my 6-year-olds birthday party. Colors are vibrant and beautiful. Putty is very soft and nice to the touch. The little containers only hold a small quantity of putty but that was great, as the kids could get a sampler of several colors each (its a big pack!). The containers are very tightly shut, so its a hassle to open them. I really liked that as well, since the kids were coming to me for help and I could monitor where and how they were playing (no surprise finds on the carpet). I strongly recommend this product!
Kids love slime. I choose this over doing play doh for goody bags. These things were small, but the kids loved them. I gave each kid 2. Its nice to not spend a ton on an item they may play with for one day. It was worth it. Only thing is I didnt know they would be so small.
I bought these because I needed fillers for loot bags I intended to hand out at my daughters birthday party. The kids were fascinated. The putties are perfect for 5yr olds and older. The putty comes in miniature containers but I believe 5yrs and up are old enough to know and understand that they are a choking hazard and should not be placed in their mouths.
