We love this cole slaw. I use my mother's recipe for cole slaw dressing and this is the closet I have found. I don't make my own cole slaw now as often when it is so easy to purchase your cole slaw and at a good price.
I used it as my own at a family reunion
This Cole Slaw has been part of our diet for a few years now. It stays fresh for days and doesn't turn dark or lose its color after being opened. It's very tasty and can easily compete with any deli Cole Slaw or KFC.
Coleslaw was fresh and delicious.

I love cole slaw, so I thought I would buy this since I was already at Walmart at Auburn blvd Super Center and just for $3. I thought it was such a great deal until I went home and opened it. The awful smell, fishy yucky smell. I was still curious to eat it and see maybe it was just from the package but when I tasted it, believe me, i couldn't continue eating, there is some weird taste, like rotten or maybe it's one of the ingredients. It was just disgusting. It was not expired (6 more days before expiration) and it was sealed, well packaged. I threw it and wasted $3. I am very disappointed. Please Walmart fix it, who wants to eat this kind of food? I would still shop at Walmart but I would definitely skip that cole slaw from now on.
This item tasted too much like metal. Had to return it. It could have just been this particular batch but, I dont know since I dont purchase this item on a regular basis.
Two bites and in the garbage it went
My husband tried the first bite and started spitting it out into the sink. I immedietly assumed he was blowing things out of proportion so I followed with a big heaping bite. 2 1/2 seconds later I was spitting it out over the sink and held back from throwing up. It tasted like metal so bad that it was like having a mouth full of blood. It took 5+ minutes to overcome the nausea from 1 bite. So bad, and I will usually eat ANYTHING!
Didn't tastes like it did the past.
