I am breastfeeding newborn twins and want to keep my supply. I took these one day and the next my supply was back...coincidence? Im not sure. Either way, they're worth a try! The taste is the only thing I'm not crazy about.

You take two gummies in the morning when you wake up and that's all! They have a bit of a harder chewy texture to them but they taste amazing! They have biotin, and vitamin c and e in them. You get a total of 2500mg of biotin with 2 gummies. These are super easy to take. I highly recommend them if you don't like taking pills. The lid is hold proof and I had a little trouble opening it but other then that it's perfect.

I love Frida baby but upset these have fenugreek in them as that ingredient has been know to actually dry up your milk supply 😢
