I purchased a Tonies bundle for my 4 year old grandson's birthday. I added the headphones so he could listen during quiet time or traveling. He absolutely loves them!!!
Super comfortablevto wear and easy for my 3 year old granddaughter to use. Feel very confident the maximum volume control is safe for my little one's hearing.
Our son loves his Tonies box and so do we. He loves that he is able to change the characters himself and we love that what he is listening to is safe and entertaining. The variety of characters is outstanding and many of his favorite characters. The headphones are an amazing addition because he can listen anywhere, anytime without disturbing others and the volume is perfect so they won't damage his hearing.
these seem to be holding up well and sound works on both sides. They seem a little quiet even when turned up all the way which makes it a little hard to hear on car rides but my daughter hasn't complained.

While the build quality is great, I'm not sure about the volume. It's hard to judge if it's loud enough. I know that they are limited to 85dB but most of the content is too low for them. Sole of the content though is louder than others which to me points to a content volume issue.
I got 3 pairs of these headphones and the purple ones are the only ones I've had an issue with. The padding will not stay in no matter how many times I push it back in(pictures as good as I can get it now). Another thing I noticed is they seem to only work on one side while the other 2 pairs work on both. I should have tested the headphones as soon as they arrived but my kids saw the box and were too excited to wait :( When you get headphones I'd recommend trying them yourself the first time to make sure sound comes out of both sides.
Do not buy these headphones. They are overpriced and junk. I'm very disappointed that the target age group for Tonies is 3-5 and the advertised headphones are corded! I've returned both sets of these and will find a different brand.
Volume is sooooo low that there not useable. The volume can not be turned up. I understand that the volume is low so that their heating is not damaged but they can not hear on them.
