Not sure what Baja Blast tastes like since its not available here, but the formula works really well for leg days
very good quality,and was very beneficial for me presonally and the size is accurate
Tastes good, great energy for entire workout, pumps formula is awesome
Overall pretty good, its very strong so I tend to take half a scoop. Flavouring tastes nice, and it really does help with the workouts
This is the first time i try Ryse , i like the effect but the taste i have chosen (Baja Burst) not my favorite. I believe choosing different tastes will be ok. The price is great for the amount of servings you get including the amazing nutrition ftacts. Great packaging, great caffeine, great taste, high quality ingredients, insane pumps as a result in my workout making it supper efficient. One thing to comment about is the dosage of the caffeine, might be too high in accordance to the other ingredients but it gives energy.
My first Ryse pre, and I've since gotten the Godzilla and Loaded Kool Aid. This is still the best I've gotten. The price is great for the amount of servings you get including the amazing nutrition facts. Great packaging, great caffeine, great taste, high quality ingredients, insane pumps as a result in my workout making it supper efficient. One thing to comment about is the dosage of the caffeine, might be too high in accordance to the other ingredients but it gives energy.
So the efficiency, quality, dosage, composition, results are all there how ever for me the taste is not that great although I get a lot of energy and I do feel the benefits I would rather consume my other pre workouts as the taste matters to me
Taste is so so. Effect is so so. Wouldn't recommend it, if it's on 50% sale id buy it though
