After spending nearly $400 on flea foggers and industrial strength chemicals, I found the Black Flag Bedbugs, Fleas, Ticks, Dust Mite Insecticide to be the most effective flea elimination treatment. Using it once a week on carpets, baseboards and under furniture for 4 weeks to completely eliminate any flea and flea larvae/puppae cycles, my home is finally flea free. (Another important tip is to vacuum very frequently-every couple days, emptying your vacuum and removing the contents of it from your property.) Wal-Mart should put this item back on its store shelves. I will continue to use it on a monthly basis during flea season to ensure there is no re-infestation. The product does not have near as strong as an odor as the industrial chemicals that I tried and it is effective whereas the other products weren't and their odors remained for days. Thank you Black Flag. And, thank you Wal-Mart. Your store is the only one I could find that even had this product available online. Please put it back on your shelves.
The building I live in has had several apartments with bedbugs. I purchased this spray and used it in my apartment. When the inspectors came to inspect the apartments, I didn't have ONE bug of any kind in my apartment. It even got rid of the few spiders I had. I also have a dog and birds, and it didn't bother them. The smell isn't super-strong, and it goes away as soon as the spray dries. I'll definitely keep using it, no bugs coming to my place!!!
It works but isn't a silver bullet against bedbugs.
I am sure it would work for some people but after reading the entire can I decided not to take a chance with my dogs or my family! I gave it to a friend of mine to use outside her house.
I bought this and applied all over my room, the corners between wall and carpet, etc.. However after 1 day the bed bugs bite came back.. I saw a bed bug and i took it to the table and applied the spray. To my surprise after being hit, the bed bug keeps moving and running around as usual... this leads me to believe that all my spraying around had no effect on the bugs... Don't waste money on this! Thanks!
