Amazing stuff!! 5yr old has had wax build up and tried for a few weeks to get it out. Tried flushing with water and peroxide but nothing worked. Finally bought this, was prepared to use it for a few days. But it worked the first time!! Put a few drops in and massaged her ear for 15min then flushed out with warm water. This stuff is amazing!!

I read several reviews on how to use this product and found them helpful. I prepared a 16 oz cup of warm water for flushing. I lay on my side, put 10-12 drops into my ear and waited 20 minutes. Then, leaning over the bathroom sink and using the bulb, I flushed my ear several times using good force until I used the entire cup of warm water. At first I thought it didn't work but as soon as I checked my ear with my finger, I found a pea size marble of wax had been dislodged. Wow! Good product.

I'm in so much shock about how well this stuff works. I was in disbelief at first (prior to using it) and thinking these reviews were for PAID reviews, but let me tell you this is TRUTH! I purchased this item about a week ago and was reluctant to use it. In all honesty, I was going to return it to the store, but something kept nagging at me to try it. Baby, let me tell you, I'm so happy that I did. The crap that came out of ONE ear has me now wondering what's in the other one and how in the heck did that get in this one. Look at the picture. This gunk of stuff was about 1/2 and in length. It had caused me so much ear pressure. Whenever I would touch near my ear, it would feel clogged. I didn't even have to be pressing on my ear. First, I put some drops in my ear. I honestly don't know how many. I laid in bed for about 15 minutes with that ear facing up. Then I got up and rinsed it out with the booger stopper (as we call it, bulb suctioning). I used a cup with cool/warm water. Barely anything came out of my ear. The only thing I recognized was like dead skin. I tried again, same night, and put more drops in my ear. I waited  about 15 more minutes and this time I used warm to hot water, not boiling hot, but faucet hot.... Well, not hot to burn you, but hotter on the warm side than cool. I used force to squirt the water into my ear canal. I did it maybe about 10 to 15 times and each time, something small came out. I gave up and said I was going to bed. Well, my ear did not unclog this time. I went back to the bathroom and kept at it. Before you know it a HUGE wax ball came rolling out of my ear and into the sink. I was in awwwwww! Soooo darn shocked and like what the heck is it? I still don't know what it is but I can hear SOOOOOOOO much better and I don't hear sounds that appear to be muffled. Lawd, I'm so thankful. I would highly recommend this product. Tomorrow, I will do the same ear again to see if it's more in there and then I will start on the other ear.

I was shocked this worked so well. Read the instructions as put 10 drops in my husband's ear that has been clogged for ages. The box says to treat for 4 days before irrigating but several other reviews said to let sit for 30 minutes then irrigate. He fell asleep so it sat in there for more like 1 1/2 hrs before we irritated. I flushed it about 10 times and was going to give up when I looked with a flash light and a large chunk of wax was almost out. A few more flushes and it was out.

It appears to me, the included squeeze bulb with this product is way too small for its intended purpose. It produces approximately a 2-3 second stream, not long enough to dislodge any wax build-up, even after using the provided softening solution. Also, there's no mention of using sterile water. Per the instructions: warm water. Looks like a doctors visit very soon!

Not so good

It worked good like the first time I used it, but the second time when it made my left ear hurt after using drops an after 3 minutes and it also plugged it up. I don't know what I did wrong so I am now in the ER cause it woke me up I mean I thought it was going go away but it didn't. I just went to sleep with it bothering me a little and then waking up 4 hours later to really hurting where I couldn't sleep. So I had to get myself an Uber to the ER near me. I've never had anything like this since I was real young and I am 32 right now. I wouldn't recommend this but everyone is different. I am just sharing my experience with this product.

USELESS PRODUCT!!!!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT- USELESS!!!!!!!!! I had clogged ears and doctor couldn't even see eardrums during regular exam so I bought this product after it was suggested by Mayo clinic website for home removal. Used it as directed on box, even called their customer service 2 times to make sure I understood directions. Used for the directed 4 days, ears never unclogged during this time and couldn't hear out of ear at all. I flushed with warm water for 15 minutes after last drop placement as directed and got very little out, very difficult to use bulb while tilting head for drainage. Ear is still completely clogged and I still can't hear so now I have to call my doctor. At least Walmart is giving me a full refund.
