I had been looking for a denim comforter for a while and was thrilled to see that WalMart carried this product. I was excited and anxious to receive my package. I was very impressed with the way the comforter looked and it felt very soft right out of the packaging. I was highly recommend this comforter set.
I began pricing several other comforter sets similar to this one and they were all around $80.00, then I ran across this one and was really excited. This comforter is so well made. It feels very soft but at the same time, you can tell it is really thick. It has some weight to it which I love....perfect for snuggling into bed. I would recommend this to anyone. You will be really surprised at the exceptional value you are getting. My daughter loves this comforter for her room. We purchased this so that we can still purchase her favorite sheets to go along with the bedding.....saves us from buying 5 comforter sets a year when she gets tired of a character.
I bought this comforter for my son who did not want anything fancy. He loves it and and it looks great in his room. The color is a true blue denim. It does not come with the bed skirt like shown in the picture and I wish it did, even if to just hide the box spring
I bought this comforter set for my 2 year old grandson's room. I bought the matching valance also. It looks so cute in his room!! I paired them with red sheets and throw pillows on the bed and it just set it off. Heavy duty material will last a long time with a little kid.
I purchased this comforter set for my teenage son for Christmas. I did not see any flaws and he liked it. We had painted his room KU red and blue and needed something neutral that would look ok. He really liked it. I read all the ratings before purchaseing and agree totally. I do wish it had come with a bed skirt. But I bought a true red one from JC Penney and it looks great.
Great quality for the price...would have given it an excellent rating had it not been for the white stitching that does not align in the detailing. I noticed that other reviewers had the same problem and returned it. Take your chances with the stitching..otherwise you should be pleased with what you get for your money.
This comforter is a good value for the money. It is thick and made well. I have not washed it yet, so..... we'll see. The comforter is A LOT darker than the picture portrays. It's navy. The shams also seem a bit cheap. I hate it when the border of the shams just flop over and hang limp. But of course, a 4 year old boy cares nothing about those things, so the comforter is fine.
I ordered this for my teenaged son's bedroom. It is a really nice comforter. It is rather heavy and seems to stay put on the bed better than others he's had. It seems durable and matches just about anything. Also I ordered the full/queen size and it was right for the bed, which is a full size.
Pros: Inexpensive, attractive, matches with any sheets (especially children's). Cons: Doesn't come with a bed skirt, shows pet hair. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. If it had come with a bedskirt, I would have given it 5 stars across the board.
I just got it for my grandson. He loves it and says it makes him sleep better. I haven't washed it yet and hope it doesn't fade because it matches the deep blue of his wall for now. It seems to be a very good quality for the price.
