Great if you eat too much, or just need help with bloating. Been using for many years and the Equate brand is the same as leading brands, but much less expensive. Love the convenience of having it in a bottle.
I've taken these for about three years when I need them. If you take the recommended amount, they won't do anything. A doctor and pharmacist told me I should double the dose, I triple it.

It's hard to write a review of a pill. It either works or it doesn't. These work.
