I already have one of these so i knew what i was getting. mine was old and needed replacing. it lasted a long time. delivery was fast.
I had previously bought this same mouse about a year ago, and my daughter needed one for college. The previous one worked very well, and so does this one! It is slightly smaller than a typical mouse, which was good in my case. Full disclosure, I am an HP employee.
This is the first mouse I've gotten with a laptop, and I love it. I've been using it pretty much every day for about a week or two now and it works great. Really helps me a lot with positioning myself because of my neck. Gives the tips of your fingers a break. If I knew it was going to be this good, I would have gotten one a long time ago.
I am happy with my purchase. It has some nice features. I paid extra for the back light on the keyboard and really glad I did. It definitely comes in handy when in a low lit room. Only issue I have with the laptop is that it freezes up occasionally. I will be contacting HP's IT dept. to get that resolved. But overall it is a great computer.
Very comfortable and fits god in the palm of your hand. Great price range for this product. Only negative, is the speed of the cursor and how it makes the precise points hard to align up with cursor correctly.
Had this laptop for about 1 week. I bought this to replace my 15 yr old desktop tower computer that has become slow. I like my new laptop but it is not any faster then my 15 yr old computer. For that I am disappointed. Maybe it needs an adjustment of some kind? I would still recommend this laptop as long as they can speed it up somehow.
This little mouse worked perfectly for the first 3 weeks that I had it. It's very lightweight and was super easy to use. Then one day it suddenly stopped. I thought the batteries had died, but upon replacing them, the product still did not work on either my computer nor on my partner's computer. Upon closer examination, we deemed it to be a hardware issue in the mouse itself. In doing a quick google search, it appears that no one else has had a similar issue and this may be a unique situation. However, I am still a little bit disappointed that I only got a few weeks' use out of this mouse.
Mouse pointer started making small a square pattern after two weeks and would do nothing else. Tried changing the battery with a new one. leaving the battery out over night and unplugging the usb device. Ended up having to go to Wally world to get a replacement. I seem to get every defective product on the planet or is everything JUNK.
Unable to return. This mouse requires the use of the USB port to connect and the laptop I bought has very few. This mouse should never have been suggested as an appropriate accessory when other accessories are available And will connect to the laptop's internal Bluetooth.
