Great for a first person view while riding a bicycle. I've used many times so far with great luck. Video and time laps.
I DO A LOT OF KAYAKING AND THIS CAMERA STRAP WORKS GOOD HOLDING THE CAMERA IN PLACE ON MY HELMET IF I GO UPSIDE DROWN AND BACK UP AGAIN THE CAMERA STAYS IN PLACE
I use my GoPro while hiking and this mount will work on most any backpack shoulder strap.
Glad I found this, the Hex has a weird shape with a central channel and fitting a bracket for a light was a pain. This adapter is great a rubbery bottom helps it stick and the very slightly stretchy bands mean you can crank up the tension and hold it firmly in place.
Great product, it's simple and it works on any helmet! Biking, Blading, Kayaking you name it; it fits! Plenty of extra on the web to reach to where you want to go. Have fun and enjoy it!
Works exactly as I hoped it would with my GoPro 10 and have captured so great footage whilst zipping around on our ebikes.
This strap mount fits snugly to my bicycle helmet. The straps fit easily through the helmet and provides a tight fit. The locking buckles hold tight. You can feel the weight of the camera on the helmet but its not as bad as you would think. The mount and camera stay in place. However, I haven't tested in out yet while riding.
There is some play between this GoPro mount and the Overade foldable helmet I'm using. I had to wedge an additional piece of paper (for now) for the mount to be stable with this helmet. I found that the straps unloose themselves a little while riding my bike, which was annoying. Otherwise the mount itself looks sturdy enough not to break.
I bought this helmet strap mount for an expensive price and expected to have a solid and reliable fixation system. But a the end its a bad quality. I need to adjust and check it each time I'm doing a simple journey with my city bike.
The product I received is very different from the photo. The clips I received do not lock like the ones displayed. The straps are significantly shorter than the ones displayed. The product received cannot be securely mounted to my helmet because of the substandard straps and clips.
