We might not be the greatest assemblers, but it took us over 2 hours to assemble. Directions are pretty good though. No parts were missing. One of the side bars was a tad bent from shipping, and one side of the table is not perfectly flat - tiny bit warped. But we are enjoying the table. It is quite sturdy. It is easy to put up and down considering the heavy duty quality of the product. In life all is not perfect we know. Reminds me of my office furniture where one drawer does not open the greatest. Tiny flaws that over time would happen any way. The delivery was okay. Not white glove service. The driver's helper was new and didn't help much, I'm not sure if this is how the side bar got bent or not. I estimate that the very slight warp was just from being stored for some period of time. The price is fine for this table. When I purchased, it was best online price.
