This product is nothing fancy, just a GOOD ole style propane gas fryer, with a very good price tag. We've used it at a family gathering recently and fried fish for hours with no problems. I like the regulator that controls the temp of the grease, it really helps not to over cook your foods. Great product! (I ordered this item on Thursday morning and it was at my door Saturday midday after being given a delivery date for the next week, That is great service and I will use Walmart online more in the future. Walmart online and site-to-store have really impressed me.)
It is easy to use and fish was moist and tasty. The flavor is so much better cooking with this fryer
This was a great purchase I used it to fry fish and it worked great. For the price you can't beat it!
The product was shipped on time and I was able to put it together rather quickly. Unfortunately when I used it, I was not able to get the flame to be Blue, and was always Yellow. I played with the Gas valve on my tank, and also with the valve you see in red in the picture without any success. There is also a little metal ring where the hose attaches to the fryer, that is meant to let in more air, so I changed this also, but without any success. Since the gas was not coming out correctly, there was a lot of black sut under the pot and also on the gas burner itself. The instructions dont tell you anything either on how you should be adjusting these valves. I am going to be returning this asap.
