My newborn loves this. It is especially good for a baby that really wants to be swaddled. The fasteners keep it in place. Much easier to deal with than receiving blankets.
This is another item my son wanted for his baby and I purchased it for him.
I gave this swaddle blanket at a baby shower for a new mom. Others at the shower were really excited about this blanket and couldn't stop talking on how this product calms a newborn baby because the blanket snuggles them up.
This swaddle was cute and worked very well however my son out grew it very quickly within the first 6 weeks
