Id definitely recommend this for the lashes to get the left over glue off. I mean Im sure you could use coconut oil or something like that but this was affordable so i grabbed it and it works.
If you use the falscara lashes and bonder you MUST get this too! I went without the remover for about a week, thinking meh! I don't need that! But the bonder is very sticky and hard to remove from your own lashes. Even with makeup remover or wipes there is still residue and it takes some of your own lashes away with it. This remover makes all the difference, it comes off cleanly and easily leaving your natural lashes intact!
Remover works well to remove glue and glued on lashes from my real lashes. But not instantly. I let cotton pad lay against my lashes for a minute and then gently wipe down and out. Eyes closed of course! It does burn my eyes a little if I get it in them as I have very sensitive eyes.
I saw some comments stating it took off their lashes or they used most of the solution one time to remove. If you put a few drops on cotton rounds press to your lashes the lashes slide right off and it doesn't take your lashes with it. I have it 4 stars because it does not remove all the glue. So what I use is a micellar water all-in-1 by Garnier. There probably other methods to remove all the glue.
I got this to use to remove my professional lash extensions... I know this product wasnt intended to remove medical grade glue but it definitely works.... not perfectly but I was able to get them off faster than I have with anything else.
Works well, but I ended up using half the bottle the first time I wore the lashes. Its too expensive for only a couple of uses, so Im hoping to find something else to help remove the adhesive in the future.
I think a regular oil based eye makeup remover would work just as well for half the price.
this product doesn't work!
I tried to take my eyelashes off with it and nothing happened, I got it off with coconut oil. Then I found another product from a different company that worked and is neater than coconut oil. I use the Falscara remover to wipe the stuff off my lashes and eyelids when I am finished removing my lashes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product gave me dermatitis, the pain, swelling, skin dying all around my eyes was not worth it. My eyes keep getting worse it's been 4 days. I'm going to have to call off work because my eyes look like a monster. The picture I took is of the swelling. It wasn't red at the time of the picture but both underneath my eye and above are swollen and hurt.
