The bike that was shipped to me was used and broken when I received it, I took it to the Sam's outlet and they traded it for a new perfect one, which is great to exercise with.
Love it! Great quality and comfortable to ride.

The bike is good so far but the seat is awful. Had to buy a new seat.
It was alright until it needed an update. Now it does not repsond, When I can connect to the bike with my tablet, my iFit app syays it cannot continue untl it updates. It tries to update the bike, then a message comes up that says it cannot finish the update. This has been going on for months. The customer service is unreachable. I guess I have a stationary bike with no resisitance controls. It is not longer a smart bike. My interest in this is dwindling. So fair warning, since I cannot do anything else to help this situation, I am at least leaving a review to warn you.
Putting this bike together was difficult and it sat for a week as we tried to get in touch with customer support. Never heard from them and I eventually figured it out after online research and hours of time. After that, the bike worked amazingly. In the past 15 months that I have owned it, she's been great. Mind you, she's had usual regular maintenance to ensure she's running perfectly. That was until about 2 weeks ago. During one of my rides, I noticed that the distance wasn't increasing like normal. I was so close to my daily goal that I just kept going but immediately the bike's computer responded as if I wasn't even pedaling. The mileage stopped, my resistance stopped, everything. I can pedal the bike, and the screen sometimes will turn on, but none of the numbers move and the resistance doesn't work anymore. We troubleshooted via the manual and the reed switch did nothing to fix the problem. I'm the type of person who rides 20 miles daily. I am absolutely devastated that customer service isn't taking complaints and needed Help seriously. I've put a ticket in to customer support twice. I absolutely loved this bike and now I can't.
How to fix or replace the control /display panel...withoutthis working its useless..might as well be pumping air! Plus battery operation sucks! batteries die quick and replace panel is extremely hard to get to.I replaced batteries and looked ofr a reset button..but nada. The sames club personnel who put ittogether when i bought ca floor model,mayb have not connected wires securely? I did not get a manual...and am not a mechanic or electrician...so now i am screwed...its worthless without these functions! cat even use as a paperweight!(: Should make this with Electric connection. no off button so batteries die fast and hard to access updsie down,the way the panel and battery compartment are designed is ____!
There were three screws/bolts that came with the bike...no way that these three will work. Either the wrong screws\bolts were put in the box or the holes were drilled wrong.
Ours was defective. The documentation that comes with the bike says don't return it to the store contact support so that's what we did. Getting a response from support in nearly impossible beyond their automated reply which sends you articles that aren't even relevant to your equipment. So much for a warranty
The resistance of the wheel is VERY HIGH and cannot be reset. I called iFit 3 times… Finally, they told me that something wrong internally; they will ship us some wires to connect a switch that is not working well. It has been over 13 days and the wires have not been shipped. The stationary bike is a Christmas gift to my wife and today is the day aftee Christmas!
