My family loves these chicken enchiladas. Every time I go to Walmart, I stop by the cooler to get some. If I'm lucky, there will be two or three left. They seem to be very popular around here. They are very fresh tasting and have black olives and other veggies on/in them. The rice underneath is excellent. The kids love it as much as my hubby and I do. I highly recommend these. For the price and taste, you simply cannot do any better than these. Hope you'll give them a try!
These enchiladas have a real, authentic Mexican taste. I enjoy eating them at least twice a week. They are a great value for the money, easy and convenient. Are these the best enchiladas I've ever had? No, but they do taste good. Put some black olives, shredded lettuce, sour cream, and tomatoes on them fresh out of the microwave and you'll thank yourself.
I love this meal.Personally I like to add a handful of shredded cheese.Also I like to use Mrs.Renfro's Chipotle Corn Salsa (medium).With a side dish this can feed up to 3 people.I think it could feed a family of 5 no problem.It's pretty filling and it has a great reheat value.It's one of my favorite leftovers.
Oh My God! These are the best and I think because I have such a hard time buying them, I'm not the only one that loves these. The only way I get them is if I go to Wal-mart early in the day. Forget trying to find these on a Saturday! I have a friend who does not like Mexican food and now everytime he comes over, he's asking if I have enchiladas. They are soooo yummy! Price is good too! Thanks Wal-Mart!
Purchased this product for a TV basketball game with friends; Unanimous! This was the worst tasting frozen meal ever. Over stuffed with rice, good luck locating chicken without grissle, terrible sauce, ended up tossing 90% in the trash. TRUE FACT - my dogs (3 of them) refused to taste!
Very disappointed. Will not buy again. Bland seasoning. Lots of rice and beans, which were not mentioned on the cover. Where's the chicken? Not in these enchiladas.
