My 3 year old daughter has a big head and this fits wonderfully! It's always a worry when buying hats but I'm happy I took the risk to complete her butterfly witch costume!
Stiffer material than adult hat, so stands up straight. My 7 yr old has a big head, and it fits well.
I thought the point of the hat may stand on its own but it was totally flat and had to be starched. Also it was torn in the first few hours of wearing it but the 5 year old wore it constantly the first day she had it.
This was a Christmas present for my Halloween-obsessed toddler. The 2 little plastic pieces that hold the tag on had already created decent sized holes in the fabric. After a day of light use there are 3 additional areas where the fabric is separating from the wire frame. We haven't come across any spells that can fix this, so save your $
