It’s sturdy enough and works well for me.
The thickness of the seat cushion and adjustability of the seat height and it can be collapsed for storage are main reasons to get this chair. I know it's supposed to be used for drummers but I use it as a Police Officer as a comfortable stool to sit on at my extra jobs. It's perfect. Better than all those flimsy stools with no padding others use. I feel like a Queen and I'm comfortable for hours
Looks great! And seems pretty sturdy.
First off, don't like the saddle seat part. Wish I had just bought a round seat. You always have to move it to orient it correctly. The machining is not the greatest, so it never really locks in place or stays how you want it to stay. The lock knobs are almost useless and the overall quality is poor. It will suffice but that's about it. Comfort is average but more like a bicycle seat, not a drummer's throne.
box gouged open 2 spots/left in the rain with no plastic wrap/soaked inside and out/they want ME to take pictures of box/upc/product damage, even though I informed them there is no damage/just missing part...
