Very cute, lots of spunk for such a small ride toy, { as long as your on a hard flat suface}. BUT, I have twins just turning 2 and they or a good bit to big for it they can barely get their foot were it goes because there legs are to long for it. The package says it goes to 3yrs old.... no. To be small enough for it I dont believe a child that small could handle the suprising power it has. Although, if your child is small for their age with good motor skill its an awesome but tiny little car.
