My 4 year old cat, Cooper, is not just a cat, he is my baby! He depends on me for his every need and I do my best to ensure that I don't let him down. I don't give my cat just any cat food, I pay a little more and give him a quality food. Blue Wilderness Chicken Recipe Canned Cat Food is a food I can depend on to ensure that his nutritional needs are met. Chicken is the first ingredient listed in the ingredient list, NOT chicken byproducts, real chicken and this is a grain free recipe! I feel very comfortable giving my cat the Blue Wilderness as I have done my fact checking and I know that this food has been formulated to meet the Nutritional levels established by the AAFCO (Association of American Feed Control Officials) Cat Food Nutrient Profiles. Also, Cooper makes no secret of his finickiness when it comes to his food. However, when I offered him a bowl of the Blue Wilderness, he gobbled it up licking his lips with each bite! Your cat will most likely enjoy Blue Wilderness Chicken Recipe Canned Cat Food as much as mine does! You can be confident that he is eating quality food!
I received a can of cat food from #WalmartSparkReview. It was the (24 Pack) Blue Buffalo Wilderness High Protein Grain Free, Natural Adult Pate Wet Cat Food, Chicken, 3 oz. Cans. Except what I got was one 5.5 oz can, not a 24 pack of 3 oz cans. It didn't really matter tho. My two kitties loved it! Since they already eat good food and get kitty treats thru out the day, I give them each a spoonful of the cat food as a special treat in the morning haha. They look forward to it too! This brand of cat food may cost a little more, but it doesn't contain a lot of corn or soy by products. The first 3 ingredients were chicken, chicken broth and chicken livers. And MY cats LOVE chicken!
So my kitties got there can of food. 3oz can and its normal size for what I split between both my cats. The can its self is very easy to open with the pull tab. You can use a can opener on it incase the tab breaks. The wet cat food itself looks very moist which my cats will love. My one cat Mittens loves extra juices with his, and this can is packed full of extra juices. I put half can each into separate bowls for them. Easy to mash up for them. Lol, my cats are very spoiled. Looks like they are happy eating there new food. They just dont eat it, no no, they inhale it. Happy kitties.
Good, real food for your cat! I love what's in it and what not. Grain free and real chicken. It's a warm night here and I opened a can outside for my kitty. Shes usually a picky eater but she gobbled it up in the cool air and I had a good time watching her eat. She didn't have any digestive problems. Mango loves the taste. And I love the short ingredients list. This will be in the regular rotation!
I have 3 very fussy cats. It has to be their way or else. For almost 10 years now I have been feeding all 3 of my adult cats ,dry food, different brands and various flavors. They turned their noses up to any wet food and even people food. I kept trying to introduce a wet food they might enjoy but they would sniff their bowl and just walk away. Well the response to Blue Buffalo was shocking to say the least!! Between the 3 of them the bowls were empty in no time. They really enjoyed at and I have already added it to my weekly grocery list!! I will explore the other fkavors next. I see the adds on TV and I agree, Blue Buffalo is a quality cat food that you can feel good about feeding you cats a quality product.
I have never fed our cat wet food, so this is a totally new experience. 3 oz can with easy-pull lid. You don't need a can opener to open. It was easy to open with my hands. I was surprised at the wet food type scent when I first opened the can, but it didn't linger. Kitty was very excited at the prospect. After eating a few bites, Kitty went to rest and look out the window. Then Kitty threw up. Now I can tell you that brown color of the food, takes a few minutes to remove the color from the carpet. (Why she opts for the carpet?!) Having never fed our cat wet food, so I was unsure how much to use. Blue Buffalo Wilderness website says to "Feed two cans for 6-8 pound body weight per day. Refrigerate unused portion." Kitty, age 17, weighs 10 pounds, this would mean almost two cans per day. I like the ingredients of this wet food. First of all, being moist, that would help Kitty get more water than usual, which I like a lot. The food is not in huge chunks that need to be forked apart prior to Kitty enjoying. It's a smooth texture, medium taupe in color. This is a high-protein food. To me, there does not seem to be weird fillers that would just go right through her and pack on the pounds. There is a small layer of gelatinous looking gravy included in each can. Blue Buffalo Wilderness High Protein is grain free. I would think it is easier to process the food when there is not a bunch of added gluten and grains, but rather actual real proteins in the recipe. Kitty initially was certainly attracted to this chicken flavor A LOT! She did not over eat, she ate a few bites and stopped. As a dry-food eater for 17 years, Kitty's stomach tolerance does not give Blue Buffalo Wilderness two paws ups! With Kitty's experience with dry food, the wet route is not for her. That does not mean this is not a super product. I would recommend but with a note to beware of vomit to dry food diners. Our neighbor's cats, for years, love Blue Buffalo Wilderness and they speak highly of its good quality and effectiveness.
I recently received one can of the "Blue Buffalo Wilderness High Protein, Grain free, wet cat food" for adult cats. This is a 3 ounce can of chicken flavored cat food in a mashed up mix. My outdoor cat really seemed to enjoy it. Since she mostly roams outside during the day I like to feed her a nutritional food so she stays healthy. The Blue Buffalo high protein cat food is largely made with chicken and is 100% grain free. No artificial ingredients or preservatives. The can says this choice of food is for "mature cats". I just choose to feed my outdoor cat a mix of this with a scoop of dry food throughout the day to make sure she is getting the nutrients she requires. I believe this wet cat food makes a good addition to her diet of dry food, but I won't feed her only wet food. Still it is a good product.
When it comes to canned catfood my 3 cats are pretty picky. They all have the same favorites, turkey or chicken, must be pate', no shreds, chunks, etc. or they just turn up their noses and walk away. And there are certain brands out there that they just will not touch. So, I gave Blue Buffalo Wilderness High Protein Grain Free Chicken Wet Cat Food a try since it is more healthier for them and they all are elderly felines. They came over, took a bite, and walk away. Not the reaction that I wanted, but, it was only because they wanted attention from me since I was hovering over them to get a picture, and once they were all satisfied that they were petted and talked to, went back to the food and ate it with gusto!! I'm putting this cat food on my shopping list! LOL! This grain free catfood is made with our wild cats in mind, high in protein, free from grain, enriched with vitamins needed for a growing (or grown) cat. Important that real chicken is the first ingredient in this food, my cats did enjoy this food and I was comforted knowing that it was healthier for them.
As most people with cats know your baby can love something one day and never want to eat it again. Was supposed to get a 24 can case. My baby loved the first can but only by giving it to him in a regular rotation will I even know whether. He will eat it regularly or not. It may not have agreed with his tummy. I'll never know. Unless. It is given to him more than once but. I only got one can. He seemed to very much enjoy it.

Although chicken is their favorite variety of cat food, I added a little bit of water to each bowl, as my cats are partial to gravy cat foods. It's hard to say whether they liked it, because they are always hungry at their morning feeding time, but all three ate it. None showed any signs of upset stomach afterward, which, if you've ever had cats, you know happens frequently, especially when introducing something new.
