Glad i gave elvive another shot, I tried it a few years ago and wasn't impressed but i've got to say this conditioner changed my mind! works great, smells great! worth the few bucks.
Smooths my hair & makes it shine even on humid days. Smells great, too. Only drawback is my hair looks a little oily before end of second day, but I think you have to expect that for what it does. Glad I found it.

I have naturally curly, as in tight phone-cord style ringlets. Humidity and wind will destroy my hair in a heartbeat. My hair is also very dry. I've used humectant conditioner for years, as that was the best out there. I tried the Smooth Intense and noticed an IMMEDIATE difference in my hair. It tames the texture, controls the frizz and makes it much more manageable!!! I no longer use anything else. This is the best out there!!!
I have been using different brands of shampoo and conditioners for 15 years. I have tried almost everything to keep my frizz under control and/or improve my hair health. Smooth Intense is the first one that I have found that is absolutely perfect! For the first time ever I am not ashamed or embarrassed by my hair. The results are incredible, it is night and day. Not only does it keep ALL of my frizz under control, it doesn't weigh my hair down or take any extra effort, it makes my hair look and feel healthy and beautiful, it doesn't cost an arm and a leg, and it smells great too! I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this conditioner. The scent is terrific, more importantly my hair feels like silk after I use. I have thick, coarse, curly, colored (over 70% grey) hair that is normally very dry. This conditioner made a HUGE difference after 1 use. I am so happy with this conditioner, I will continue to use until L'Oreal ditches this formula, which they unfortunately do too often. I have the same review for L'Oreal's Total Repair 5 Restoring Conditioner, both are AWESOME!!!!
I have been using this with the accompanying shampoo for a few years now. I LOVE them both! I have very thick, wavy hair that has a mind of it's own. This line truly does what it says, it keeps my locks under control, shiny and frizz free. I truly hope this formulation remains on shelves for many years to come. I would be lost without it.
Been using for over a week with L'Oreals Total Repair Shampoo - it's a little "thinner" than I'm used to for a conditioner but works well. Seems to help with my straight hair with less fly-aways - smells really nice.
