I have always trusted P + G and Pantene. However I frequented salon brands. I tried this in mid August when I was at my wits end with frizzy hair. The results, as you can see, is that this is a game changer. I cannot believe it's my hair.
After cuting off my chemically straighten hair to "go natural" (wear my hair in it's naturally super curly state) I was overwhelmed, frustrated, broke and bored with my hair constantly becoming a obnoxious wavy tangled bush. Alot of my family members have more silky textured wavy hair. Mine is not quite an afro, as it's actually wavy and curly. But, at times it can be wild & bushy/frizzy (I'm dominican). This was the "ONLY" product outside of a relaxer that allowed me to detangle my hair from root to ends without ripping through my hair and getting unnecessary breakage. Most ethnic products seem to only be for kinky hair and leave my hair weighed down and greasy. And most mainstream products seem to evaporate right off of my hands never making it to my strands, it seems. Then Latin (dominican/Brazilian) products which work best for me can be pricey and really hard to find. But, this conditioner melts my tangles and tames my hair I just love it! I can easily find it at walmart, grocery, or drug stores and it's affordable. I even use it in between washes to refresh styles and keep my hair tangle free. I love this stuff and my hair isn't even fond of argan oil. But, never again will I judge a book by it's cover b/c this stuff beats the overpriced products marketed to ethnic hair.
What I love about this product is the Argan Oil they added to the formula. I use Argan Oil daily as a leave-in treatment for my hair, so I was happy to see it included in this product! My hair feels so healthy, and really is smoother/shiny. My hair is very fine, & the curls get weighed down with certain products. Not this one! I tested this for free through Influenster, but this opinion is my own.
I just want to say this medium- thick pantene conditioner changed my life. The first day i used it i thought it was not even my hair. My hair was soft, shiny, smelled amazing, and most importantly it was knot free! I told my mom to buy 10 more medium- thick conditioners for me. I am in love with my hair now! I tried a lot of different brands of conditioners but pantene is by FAR the best! I even told my friends to get it. Thanks so much for making a difference in my hair!!

I tried this along with the smooth and sleek shampoo. I liked them both. The smell was amazing! I wish it would have left my hair a little more "sleek" but overall I liked it. Note: I received these products free for testing. However, the opinions in this review are my own.
I received a full bottle of this conditioner from Influenster last week and gave it a try after using the shampoo. I was able to detangle my hair under running water with my fingers. However, it didn't really define my curls like I can get from other conditioners. I'll most likely only use this conditioner when I straighten my hair.
This conditioner is nice but their is nothing special about it. This conditioner hydrated my hair but within a day it was feeling pretty dry again at the ends. The smell of the conditioner is kind of blah. I would suggest leaving on the ends of hair for 5 minutes. I tested this product for free but the opinions are my own.
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I'm not gonna lie, this is a pretty good product. I used it for a few days and it helped quite a bit with the frizz. I would say that it contains some kind of oil to do so though, so if you use any kind of hair serum or oil this would be used instead. I tried to use them together and my hair got pretty greasy. My only thing is seriously NEVER USE WITH COLORED HAIR. Pantene in general I find takes out color like that's what it was made for, and this is no exception. So it's create for taming frizz, but not for keeping color
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I've always been a great fan of Pantene products however, the Pantene Pro-V Smooth & Sleek Conditioner was not the right Pantene for me. I liked the fragrance and rich texture of the product. It's difficult to critique Pantene Pro-V Smooth & Sleek Conditioner because the product did what it was supposed to by making my hair smooth & sleek! Styling my hair after use was easy enough and it definitely tamed my frizzy hair. However, it was just too rich for my fine hair. By the end of the day, my hair was lifeless, weighed-down, looked & felt greasy. I was really disappointed because I try not to wash my hair everyday, but instead, every second day. That would not be possible with this product. I will continue to love & use Pantene products, just not the Smooth & Sleek line.
