I have used dipbrow for a long time but I wanted to replace it with a product that contained natural ingredients since I was doing that with all my makeup, skincare, hair and personal products. I love that this is actually good for your brows and that I can use it as eyeliner too!!!
This stuff is amazing! I was using the Benefit eyebrow wax and powder duo before trying to switch to more natural products. Honestly, this works better even without the powder and lasts all day. I originally purchased the dark brown as I have dark brown hair, but found it a little too black. The soft brown is still dark and more natural but also buildable for a more dramatic look. One note: every one of the 3 or 4 of these I have purchased, the lid cracks long before I'm close to through with the product. Awesome product still, but packaging flaw.
I love using this product! I was a little hesitant that it would be difficult to apply; but it was super easy! It stays put all day. PERIOD.
Got this with a Set and I love it. When I bought this set in store the sales lady put it on my every light and I was not loving it. Once I got home and put it on myself I was able to build up the product for a darker color. I love a barker brow with my skin tone.

I love the texture and ingredients, but the color medium brown at the beginning was lighter, but after a few months turned very dark., too dark for my liking, since I like a natural look not a harsh look. My skin color is light to medium. (Peach bisque). And my hear color is medium brown. I am anxious to try the soft brown.
I have to be very picky with my brow products, and I've concluded that I really just cannot use products with rosemary in them. It makes my hair fall out where applied (in this case, eyebrow hairs). Just to be sure I wasn't crazy, I bought this anyway, hoping I was wrong. But alas, the rosemary is the culprit indeed. The product itself is OK. I wouldn't consider this "medium" brown at all though, it is VERY dark brown. I have black eyebrow hairs, but I've found that a softer brown gives me a more natural look, so if anything I would be going for the soft brown if I was able to. What really ruins the application of this is the brush. The bristles are too tight and stiff, making application not very soft at all. I ended up using an angled shadow brush that I already owned. It would be nice if this came as a pair with a powder brow filler as well, as I tend to like the look of the definition of a gel and a soft powder to fill in lightly. As for the product packaging, if it could somehow be sold in a lesser amount for a lower price, that would be nice. I have a feeling the product may get dry/hard before it is all even remotely close to being used up. I wanted to love this, and may have loved the soft brown shade if I could use this at all, but I just can't use products on my brows that contain rosemary. And why rosemary has to be in it at all is beyond me.
