I have purchased multiple bags of this and the quality has gone down significantly each time. It has lots of large/thick stems throughout, which must be picked out in order to serve it. The leaves don't look fresh and there is water in the bag, which causes it to spoil quickly if you don't remove kale from bag and dry it on purchase day.
product looks ok from bag, but I would not have chosen it especially if I didn't plan to cook right away.
one of two bags has kale turning brown and excessive moisture in bag. Not opening and trhiwing away. Will not be ordering this product again. not first issue with this product.
this is not only organic it is cut and ready to eat. i really want to give it 5 stars. I try to order it every week. However it is the most fruatrating thing walmart sells. 50% of the time it is not in stock when i place the order. Then, i kid you not,more then 50% of the time my order is being packed i am told its out of stock. So when i do get it i am really excited to get it. When it does come in good shape it is a good and usefull product that i gladly use it. The problen is that is very rare. The vast magority of my kale comes to me already bad. Sometimes the date is already past date, but not always. Even when it should have plenty of times it is bad. i open the bag and instantly the whole house reaks. Rinsing it off does no good. It still smells and tastes bad. Normally this is a trustworthy brand. They KEEP dropping the ball on this item.

Picked up my order today and the Kale was a week out of date.
Why does Walmart sell me expired produce? What do I need to do to ensure that my Walmart shopper selects produce that is not expiring tomorrow or has already expired? Or is moldy and rotten? I guess I will have to consider canceling my subscription and go back to HEB.
So many stems! These might be handy for someone but I find them tedious to wash and over priced for conventional kale. I wish organic kale was more readily available here. I find it much easier to tear large pieces from the tough stems than to wash these tiny pieces and then remove them. Will not buy again!
went to open the package and it popped the kale all over the inside of the kitchen sink like a Clown popping out of a Jack in the Box. idk who or what seals these bags but the packeging is so cheap and unopenable that it's cringy! had to ziplock it because the bad was ruined. The smells like it's not just animal fertalizer and that better not be the case. Please make Employees wash hands for about 3 seconds and give them gloves that aren't made of latex so they don't contaminate the food. How does the FDA even let any of that slide? Please do better. Best of luck.
Horrible product. Contains lots of trashy hard inedible chunks of stems. Painstaking to clean. Horrible quality to be so expensive!!
